2018 DISCOVERY BALL

At Discovery Ball 2018, we will feature a Hall of Hope where guests can honor a cancer survivor, someone who is fighting cancer, or a lost loved one.

 

Your donation of $1,000 supports of the Society’s vision for a future in which cancer no longer threatens those we love. We invite you to add to our Hall of Hope by submitting the following by March 30, 2018:

• Photo of your loved one

• Name of your loved one

• Cancer type [optional]

• Important dates [optional]

  • Date and/or age of diagnosis

  • Date of remission

  • Date of birth – Date of death
